Pizza base was irregular in shape, cheese was only in centre of base , nithing was at sides. Only 7-8 pieces of paneer in cheese, not satisfactory. Cheese scrools was burnt from base. If we order pizza at day time, it is good, but not prefer to order in evening. Don’t know why they are compromising with the quality and taste. Totally dissatisfying.

I ordered the Family Size Pizza Deal on 21 November, and I forgot to provide feedback at the time. I want to let you know that the garlic bread that came with my order was burnt. As you can see in the attached photo, it was overcooked to the point where several sections were charred and not enjoyable to eat.
I usually enjoy your garlic bread and have had good experiences in the past, so this was disappointing, especially as part of a family meal deal. I hope this feedback helps improve quality control for future orders.

Ordered the Spicy Paneer Pizza for delivery and it was a complete letdown. The order arrived late, the pizza was cold, soggy, and tasted awful. Hardly any paneer or spice, just a sloppy mess. Delivery service was careless and there was no apology for the delay. Very disappointing and definitely not worth ordering again

We ordered a 4 + 4 Pizza deal and we swapped the normal garlic bread with a Cheesy garlic bread and they charged us extra for it, still they gave us burnt garlic bread, have attached pictures for reference. This is just not acceptable, how can someone give burnt food to people.

This pizza was absolutely disgusting. Burnt to the point of being inedible, blackened base, rock-hard crust, dry toppings, and a strong burnt taste throughout. It looked and tasted like food scraped straight out of a bin. This is not poor quality — this is total negligence.
What’s worse is that the staff member admitted the issue, told me to keep the pizza because she needs to send it to Domino’s head office. That alone proves they knew it was unacceptable. Yet it was still sent out to a paying customer. No proper apology, no effort to fix it — just complete indifference.
Charging money for food in this condition is shocking. This store has zero quality control, zero standards, and zero respect for customers. If this is how they operate, head office seriously needs to step in.
I feel ripped off, disrespected, and disgusted.
