Had an awesome experience at Subway thanks to Jess. As soon as I walked in she greeted me with a big smile and genuine energy. She listened to exactly what I wanted, made the sub perfectly, and was super patient even while the store was getting busy. You can tell she actually cares about the customers and takes pride in the job.
The food was fresh, the service was quick, and Jess made the whole visit way better than a normal Subway run. She definitely deserves recognition — one of the best staff members I’ve come across.

Why do you hire girls who don’t know what they’re doing. Came in with high hopes to try the chicken tenders but, she just microwaved it for a min and gave me uncooked mushy tenders.

We are very disappointed my daughter decided she wanted subway for her 6th birthday took her and was disgusted by their workspace. They dipped a knife in some disgusting water with food and sauces in it. We got it toasted and it was freezing my poor little daughter was disappointed. To cheer her up u decided to get her the double choc cookie and it was stale very hard my little daughter could’ve lost a tooth god knows how long that sat there for. As you can see we were extremely disappointed and after I took her to McDonalds which we were more satisfied with. Will not be coming here again and as my 9 year old son would say this meal did not eat.

Please listen to everyones reviews and work on the customer service. I understand it's only subway but Bacchus Marsh is a small town and you want it to be friendly like most of the other places in the town. It doesn't hurt to smile and so easy to say hello and have a good day!
Also need to work on cutting the bread and toasting the bread for longer. Again I see other reviews the same. Not sure why nothing is being done about it and not taking anything on board.

If i could give no stars I certainly would.
Worst subway experience.
Staff are incredibly unfriendly and after numerous visits where the order is never correctly done we will now drive to the melton store instead.
The staff do not listen and would rather be anywhere else than making an order.
The bread is NEVER fresh and the cookies are stale.
