Absolutely love this place!!! Staff are amazing and welcoming! The food is amazing, I havnt had a breakfast this good in a long time. Lot 48s matcha is the best and their coffee is amazinggg Definitely coming back!!

I ordered catering for a birthday party - and my expectations were exceeded. The communication was fantastic, the food was delicious and it was really good value. The home made sausage rolls were a big hit! I received a response within hours of my email to Lot48. Thanks so much Isabella and team. You were a pleasure to deal with and have a wonderful business! If you are looking for a great catering option I highly recommend it!

I can’t praise this place enough! Actually obsessed! The food, the service, the staff, the coffee, everything is a 10/10. I can’t do it justice with words you just have to come down and try it for yourself! You can tell how much work and dedication goes into this place, the food always comes on time and presented beautifully and tastes amazing! I couldn’t recommend this place anymore it’s a must visit!! The girls are so lovely always make the visit even better and you always feel welcome!

Amazing coffee I’ve never had a bad one here, it’s always consistently great 👌🏼 The food is just as delicious as the coffee. The team are friendly and welcoming every time, with great vibes and excellent service.

The staff were lovely, so friendly and welcoming. The food was really clean and well presented. Great coffee and juices. The only reason to say the atmosphere was a little odd being in its location that all. But for a little cafe spot in an industrial area; really great little find.
