WORST MCDONALDS IN AUSTRALIA!!!!
DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO THE EXTRA KMS TO WALLAN OR SEYMOUR!!!!! THIS STORE IS RAN BY CHILDREN.
The managers have no sense of leadership and the 14 year olds who work behind the counter just do whatever they want and run rings around them. Every time I order food from Kilmore McDonalds, it is cold and tastes like it was cooked 4 hours prior. I have even gone the extra step of ordering extra items on my burger when visiting this restaurant in order to attempt to try and get a burger cooked fresh but the staff are so incompetent, when you do that, they still don’t even give you the extras you paid for, even when the box has a grill slip on it. It’s almost like they get old burgers that have been sitting in the warmer for two hours and chucked it in the box with the grill slip on it but this is such a common occurrence that I strongly believe Kilmore McDonalds is so greedy they do this to steal your money. I have also seen kitchen workers in this store playing around and throwing meat and cheese at each other, and laughing while the store was full of customers.
Fire all the staff and get new managers. This place is a circus. Whoever is the owner of this store needs to retrain everyone or just knock the whole place to the ground.

Every time I order online/ drive through it is missing items. Tonight's pain in the butt added bacom and cheese to a burger and got the sticker sayings it's added but nothing again. So tired of Kilmore always getting my order wrong. Should be paying us a wage for always wasting fuel to come back and get our order correct

Absolutely rubbish. Drive thru was quiet, but still got unfriendly service, cold chips, burgers smashed together and 10 pack of nuggets with 10th nuggets the size of a 5 cent piece. Someone had a bite before they sent it out i recon

Went here today for breakfast on my way to Bendigo . Had a double cheeseburger, McMuffin and iced chocolate. Not to sure what was in the iced chocolate I believe it was some other syrup because it tasted off to the way it usually would. We were asked to wait in the waiting bay for the double cheeseburger (not a big deal at all) but when we got it, it was covered in what I believe was pepper and salt had black speckles all over it.Like every layer bottom, between pattys and top I had eaten a few bites wondering what was in it because of the taste and then threw it out because of how much pepper was on. I have never had a problem here before but wasn’t too impressed.

When you're absolutely starving and relying on fast food to save the day, the least you expect is for your order to be correct. I placed my order using the app at Maccas Kilmore, specifying NO cheese due to dairy intolerance (it’s on the grill slip, so there’s no excuse), only to get halfway home and realise they’d thrown in not one, but TWO slices of cheese. Seriously, what’s going on here?! This kind of carelessness is frustrating and disappointing. It’s not just an inconvenience, it’s a matter of dietary health. Lift your game, Kilmore Maccas—this isn’t acceptable!
