McDonald's Whittlesea

Just got a fillet of fish from here, there was hardly any tartare sauce and the fish was so dry and overcooked. Horrible, couldn't eat it. Threw it away. Do Maccas not take the time to train their staff properly anymore.

Let’s face it, it’s McDonalds, so the expectation is straight forward and shouldn’t be a stretch in anyway. I understand you are a country Maccas, but you are 350 meters from Fun Fields, so you don’t have to be a rocket scientist to know that a 40 degree day means, you will be busy! Came in, placed an order and realised all the tables were dirty (literally every single one). Asked the customer service rep at the counter to organise a table for 10 to be cleaned, he politely said yes…we waited and no one attended to any table, so then we approached the McCafe staff member who abruptly said “we do not have enough staff to clean” so we got a cup of water and some serviettes, and cleaned our own tables. Then the orders came out wrong. Honestly, just wanted to provide this feedback to have management take a look at this potential gold mine and hopefully they smarten up and reach the potential this location has…the potential for the staff, and the Whittlesea community it services.

My food was completely cold and soggy. Delivery took over an hr from order time. The driver was waiting at the restaurant for more than 45 minutes so this is a McDonald's error and not an uber error. I asked for bbq sauce and sweet and sour with the bundle and only recieved ketchup. I recieved a free 10pc nuggets for spending $35 and my order contained 10 nuggets, however we only recieved 10 (free nuggets were missing altogether) the chips were cold and soggy and no salt. All again, NOT THE UBER EATS DRIVER fault!!! The pick up order I made a week before that we were missing nuggets also and I rang the store and they said I would need to come back in to collect them, however I was dropped off and no way off getting back there, and no offer of a refund. McDonald's Whittlesea is absolutely appealing quality, service and everything else involved.

Lovely team, but awful food. Breakfast was greasy and stone cold. Coffee was okay though. Drive to Mernda, the extra distance is worth it to get something edible. Worst McDonald's meal I've ever had. If you have to order here, go when they're busy, the food is probably fresh during peak trade
