Came in this morning to have some breakfast and asked the server at the front what options were in the warmer and not only was she unhelpful she spoke so rudely and when she thought I looked away she started pulling faces. Me my husband and son left immediately without ordering- Absolutely not giving this place our business or time

Staff are young but so pleasant and patient. We always order our family celebration cakes here and staff always ready to discuss options and pick up is a breeze.

Charlotte served me.. she must have been having a really bad day, the day after boxing day.. if you don't want to work then don't. We prefer the local non franchise bakery across the road but it is always closed over Christmas.. so we went because hardly anything else is open. Pies were barely warm but that's ok.. Charlotte needs to learn Customer service, she just dumped all the plates on the bench and seemingly was annoyed when i asked about what drinks were available with the deal for my 2 kids and i... On a positive note.. I went up to buy some shortbread later that was now 40 percent off and fortunately I was relieved Charlotte was busy, so I got a lovely young girl that served me, very polite and not rude at all. I would only ever go here because the lovely local bakery across the road from there is closed.

The air-conditioning here never quite gets the job done, the chairs are not comfortable and there's no public toilet so it's not such a great place to catch with friends for a coffee or three. But the coffee is okay and the food is always fresh. The fresh pies are great.
