Always a pleasure coming here at plenty valley. Young man I think he was the manger was super helpful, despite how busy they were and seemed short staffed , he made himself available to serve, help in kitchen all with professionalism and even had time to chat with us. Wonderful young man. We will be back. You could tell he took his job serious and hard working.

Ordered the sticky date pancakes through UBER EATS and received half tub of the butterscotch sauce. I order these quite regularly and this is the first time it has not been filled to the top of the cup. Not sure how half a serving of sauce is supposed to be enough for 2 pancakes. Pretty poor effort.

I visited at lunchtime and was promptly ushered to a booth by a lovely young man. He was very polite and so very attentive. The food was exceptional and the pancakes divine. The restaurant was quiet but it was a lovely ambiance. Would thoroughly recommend going during the week mid morning as it was quiet. I enjoyed my country breakfast immensely. Will definitely be going again.

I have the say the service at this Pancake Parlour is absolutely disgusting. After having not been greeted at the door a friend and I made our way to a seat which had not been cleared. There were minimal staff on during that time yet there were not many customers in the store. After ordering our meals the drinks arrived in a sorry state. The orange juice was no where near the standard size as advertised on the menu, it was even in a different glass therefore I will be complaining to AAA as well as any online media to expose this. The coffee was of a poor standard as well with a lack lustre attempt of decoration and only luke warm. Overall the standard of service is below standard and poor quality. If I compare to other areas it fails in comparison.
I hope you take this into account yet I will never return to this store or franchise again as there are so many far better choices that are family owned. Highly disappointed and absolutely disgusted.

I am delighted to share my experience with the delightful combination of pancakes, crepes, and hot chocolate. The pancakes were fluffy and golden, perfectly complemented by a drizzle of syrup.
