First time trying this charcoal chicken place. The chicken is sooooo good! So are the chips and they’re very generous on the chips. The wraps that go with your meal are also so fresh!
We were served by a young lad named Eden, he had great customer service and you just knew he represents this work place well.
Food was made fast and it was a pleasant experience. Our family loved the taste as well. We need this in New Zealand.

The chips are mediocre. Had a charcoal box. The charcoal chicken breast was cooked nicely with good flavour and adequate moisture. The chicken burger had a generous amount of chicken compared to other places but was falling apart and was over sauced. Bites were very oily. Crispy chicken was very oily. Everything needed more salt. Won't be back. Too oily.

Food: My favourites are the EJ bites and their sesame pockets. Always good, fresh, and fast. Their garlic sauce is the best out there and is a must try. Overall, El Jannah is affordable with enough nutrients for a full tummy.
Staff are nice and friendly
Dining space, however, is often dirty with crumbs and oil marks on the chairs and tables. Hygiene could have been better.

First time here and the food is absolutely delicious! Had a bite of the charcoal chicken roll and didn't stop until I finished it. Every bite was packed with flavours from fresh ingredients. The crispy box did not also disappoint. Haven't had chicken so good in a very long time. Yum yum yum and absolutely yum. Very friendly staff, clean environment with staff wiping tables down immediately after customers, very relaxing ambience with cool music. Two order screens were broken, though. And the toilet looked like it was in need of a professional deep clean, especially the walls. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience. I'll definitely return 👍👍👍
