Disgusting. Simply disgusting. Paid over $60 for two large meals and some chicken. Cold, stale burger and insulated fries. Staff just couldn’t give a stuff and honestly turned of HJs for good.

Haven't had Hungry Jacks for some time, really got the urge for it today, the Flemmington store really delivered. I felt sorry for the young kids working as they were under staffed and busy. Burgers were as good as they should be, came out quick enough.

I got served by tenisha on Thursday at around 7pm, she was sweet, understanding and her customer service was beyond amazing and made my stay much better. I would definitely recommend going on a Thursday to be served by her as it was a great experience being my first time there. Really enjoyed the fast food experience there due to the service skills, 5 stars 👍👍

What an absolute shambles of a store. Dirty tables and floor. The toilets were attrocious with a large puddle on the floor of the women's toilets and they looked like they hadn't been cleaned in quite a while. The service was appalling. Tried to do my order via the self service screen but was unable to due to it not wanting to load my cart. Two of the three screens did this before I gave up and went to the counter instead. It then took nearly twenty minutes to receive my meal in which my container of large fries was half empty and my grill masters burger looked like they'd thrown it in the box from the other side of the kitchen. The manager wasn't very professional in the way she conducted herself when I went to the counter with my complaint
