I have been shopping at Breadtop for some years in various locations, but yesterday's experience was highly disappointing. We had ordered two mini burgers for the kids, and they were complaining about the taste. I opened them up to check and found the patty undercooked—the middle was still raw. Fortunately, the kids hadn't eaten much of it.
It was an extremely poor experience.

Poor service with a lady listening to customer conversations and then putting down what she was doing and then laughing at us.... what is so funny? How come you don't mind your own business? This happened on Sunday 26th in the afternoon between 2-3pm approx

Just to give an update i regards that you are not selling glazed/"caramelized" donuts. I took a picture of it for you to see and the shop that's it is from fountain gate.
Also, the fact that you have same the color and similar name and uniform as the Breadtalk... I will think you copy them.

No I won't recommend Breadtop Fountain Gate.
First the customer service is really bad. 2nd time buying from this branch and was served by the same staff, they looked sooo snobbish and never smile... my daughter asked for a chocolate cupcake and she was like "what?" With a frown face. Never smile and seemed doesn't like to be disturbed. In other words, alof. The owner of this branch needs to check their CCTV to know how cold their staff is.
Second, the twisted donuts with a caramelised sugar, I will recommend buying from Bonbons, they taste better and softer and CHEAPER.
Unfortunately, the famous porkfloss bread taste different compared to Breadtalk.
Third, pricey bread but average and some are even flavourless taste is a NoNo.
No I won't comeback. Customer service is very important for me. Price doesn't really matter as long as it's worth buying for.

Amazing food, presentable and absolutely delicious. Staff were constantly bringing out more food to fill the cabinets.
Staff are friendly yet efficient.
Store is very clean and well maintained.
I will definitely be going back to try out more of their wide range of products.
