Honestly have been to this store a lot, every single time without fail they get you in the waiting bay for drive thru. Even if no one’s waiting behind for one simple things. Went through tonight and they wouldn’t give me sauce even though I offered to pay (because we can’t take payments at this window) you guys won’t go broke off a sauce seriously.

World's best Macca's, no doubt. Wonderful and kind workers. Extremely awesome kitchen workers that make fresh food and are generous with pickles. 6/7, would come again to this establishment as it is run expertly and once again the kitchen workers know what they're doing.

This is a nice McDonald's, much better than the one on the end of Lygon Street. The staff here put out good burgers and chips, and the place is clean. The blonde lady in the manager shirt runs a tight ship and treats everyone fairly. Nice to see.

They ignore the customization you provide, without any explanation or attempt at coordination.
I saw the receptionist hesitate and re-inspect my burger before bagging it; clearly because the kitchen had prepared it without following my customization.
This strongly suggests that the kitchen staff disregarded my order instructions entirely, on purpose, because the packaging had a printed sticker that clearly listed my customization exactly as I ordered.
It’s a sign that the kitchen staff seriously need re-training or management intervention.

Perfectly fine Macca's. Access and location is rather convenient as it is placed right on the entrance to Barkley Square shopping centre. Lots of self service kiosks and plenty of tables but there is only one bin resulting in it being almost always full. Staff are perfectly fine and I've never had any issues with the food.
