I ordered and they sent me Catherine W’s order. They then charged me for her order also and gave no explanation. It’s really not good enough. When I order from a restaurant like Guzman I am paying for and expecting exceptional service. This experience makes me extremely unlikely to dine with this institution again. Not good

Used to be great but I am getting more and more time an order wrong

Always had a few miss but lately it’s been happening a lot.
On the last 5 orders , around 45 to 50 dollars each I got disappointed 3 times. sour cream missing in both burritos, I got one spicy when I always order mild and one with almost no chicken in it . Feeling depends on who is working but the last one was so bad. Like just a little bit at the end of my burrito. Just eating a burrito with rice and beans for 15 dollars …
I understand their staff are young guys and some care more than others but that always annoying

Splurged on lunch break food which I never do because I’m, well, pretty poor. Didn’t look great and the quesadilla arrived with a long human hair pressed right into the middle of all the ingredients. Might not matter to some people (???) but I don’t get food out often so when I do it truly grosses me out when something like this happens. I already regretted doing it almost immediately because I’m Latino and this company is…not, but uses fictional Latino people as it’s mascots….anyway, I know it’s just fast food but we’ve got the whole “people have little money” thing on right now.

Never again. Received half size enchiladas for my hungry husband. When came to inquire a minute after pick up with the box to demonstrate the issue, was met with attitude that it's the way it is and "it's small because he ordered no cheese no sour cream and no tomatillo". NOW WE KNOW THEY DO IT ON PURPOSE. RIP OFF.
As if these things you normally put as toppings affect size and as if you greedy shameless people could not put proper amount of filling so it doesn't look like all bread and a loyal customer could eat a proper meal. Damn. Never again.

Made an online order for a 12.30pm pick up. Staff had no record of our order so nothing was made when we arrived. Had to show them our online confirmation receipt/ order and they made it for us. Had to wait an extra 30 minutes. Burritos were good. Nacho fries were also good. Ordered extra guacamole for the Burrito bowl ($2 extra) and was only given a small portion. The corn chips also tasted a bit stale.
