, Shocking service, in fact, no service at all! Aftwr waiting in a line for over 15 minutes with no acknowledgement to the people in the line, like "sorry about the wait, we will be with you shortly". The manager then wiped food that had fallen on the table onto the floor! We had to stop someone walking past for some water, and she begrudgingly obliged. No one came to take our order so we ordered online. I am in utter shock at the lack of service in this very well established, visible Pancake Parlour. Knox Pancake Parlour is exemplary compared to this mess. I won't be coming back. There is a way of treating patrons even when you are short staffed that would make them happy to wait but this team did nothing.

First time here trying Pancake.
Had a Single stack with Chocolate Ice cream.
The quality of Pancake 🥞 is great and it was fresh and warm. Tha taste was also excellent.
The chocolate Ice Cream was also very good.
The combination of both was like cold & warm made it exceptional.
The app needs improvement, I tried to claim offer through the app but it was not working. Then staff had to make my order through their system using my account.

The Ferrero Rocher Pancake at Pancake Parlour Malvern East’s Winter Menu is an absolute go-to – rich, indulgent, and perfectly balanced for anyone with a sweet tooth. 🥞🍫 Definitely the star of the menu! The only letdown was the hot chocolate – sadly a disappointment compared to the rest, lacking that same richness and warmth you’d expect. Ambiance is cozy and service is great, but I’d stick to the pancakes and skip the hot choc.

had a pleasant experience at The Pancake Parlour. I ordered the Farmer’s Breakfast — while the hash browns tasted a little like old oil, the pancakes were as delicious as always and the eggs were perfectly poached. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the visit enjoyable overall.

Overall what you expect from a pancake house, it was tasty, ambient atmosphere with music playing in the background. We came in the afternoon, it was easy to talk inside.
Recommend them since staff repeatedly came to ask if everything was okay. ( Got different sort of eggs but i was fine with that , didn't tell them) .
Clean washrooms unlike other places. And my cappuccino was great. ☕️ So extra points on that.
A good place overall if you want to go on a date or have a business meeting.
