Love CDG but this store has some sort of very unwelcoming vibe. One of the other reviews says that it actually makes you feel worst when you leave lol there's some truth in that statement. Giving it 2 stars only because of some cool stuff they have. Overall experience was probably close to 0/1 star. Gotta read them Google reviews more lol

Terrible service from male staff member downstairs. Went in to determine correct size to then purchase 2x t-shirts. As per other reviews was told black was the only sample colour able to be tried on. I mentioned this made it tricky as I wanted white and, black and dark colours often run slightly smaller due to the dye. This received a major eye roll and, a yeah dark colours can ‘look’ smaller I guess. Major attitude ensued when I asked to try the size up, so much so we decided to leave and purchase online. Not sure how this particular branch is still in business.

Odd uncomfortable experience. No music. Terrible service. Felt like I was getting judged the whole time. One of those moments where you feel worse of yourself as you leave the store. Could’ve bought a whole rack btw but getting judged by a retail worker who thinks too highly of himself 🤣

Poor quality and dismissive service. I was gifted a wallet and after a year of minimal use, the internal fluro colours bled into each other. When I called to ask about a refund or solution, I was told this was “normal.” In what world is colour transfer in a premium wallet normal? Clearly a quality control issue. Disappointing all around, I expected better.

Service is terrible. I will continue to buy online. I was excited to go to the Melbourne’s shop (don’t live in Melbourne) but had a bad experience. Staff members are odd and inattentive (2 Asian women and a man). One of the women asked my son for the size and said they didn’t have it but didn’t offer anything like other colour or style. Then she reached for a different size a said: that would do. We were puzzled and left. Never again.
