Food was absolutely delicious. Every meal we had was tasty and balanced. We thoroughly enjoyed eating here and will be back. I gave four stars as there is room for improvement with the service, it could be a bit more proactive. In saying that, any request made was acted on extremely quickly and with no issues. Definitely recommend this place. Pictured are the spicy wontons, sweet and sour chicken (best I've ever had), and spicy lamb ribs.

The place looked basic with table and chairs and the prices are decent. We wanted to try sichuan flavours since my and I like spicy. However, the only killer was too much oil in every dish and when we gave feedback the server mentioned the dishes are originally that oily. To us it was a tad too much , fried rice was acceptable but the noodle soup was worst. It did not have much ingredients apart from plenty of broth! I am not sure If i will go there again.

The atmosphere could improve but it was genuinely nice service. There is stuff / stock around the dining area. The front needs some improvement in hope to attract more customers, sometimes they look closed when it's open. They are a small family business so it can be difficult for them when it's larger crowds. I've always had some amazing dishes here. Sometimes they can be a bit too oily and be prepared it's going to be spicy - As it should be. I'll keep coming back here to support this small business / family. Very good value.

Just the best Sichuan cuisine around. Chef and nice server lady lovingly shouting at each other the whole time - this place is the real deal. I was sat next to a pile of very interesting boxes to read, whilst a few local geezers told me what to order from the menu. Genuinely really good food. Cannot go wrong. Wine comes in 1.5L.

We went on a Sunday night and absolutely love the food there! Mapo tofu and the fish flavoured pork are soooo good and chef explained these are made the traditional way back in the 80's and they only use the best ingredients they have available! no wonder so tasty! vegetable dish is so fresh, and love the classic sichuan entree dish too. all go so well with rice! Chef and his daughter are such nice and welcoming people. we will definitely come back to try more! ps: we arrived at quiet time and if during their peak hours, you might expect a bit wait time, which is totally worth it!
