We had a wonderful experience here. They were extremely friendly and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious. Great atmosphere and excellent service. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it.

Still a very good steak worth keep coming back for. The meat was tender with just enough resistance to showcase it's quality. The thick chips were a highlight & so were the sauces. An overall great dining experience incorporating old world hospitality charm with and a fine wine list.

Google Parent Tip

I visit Squires Loft regularly, both for family dinners and business meetings, and it never disappoints. Their Black Onyx Steak is always a hit perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavor. Every meal feels high-quality and indulgent, making it perfect for both casual dinners and important meetings. We typically spend around $400 per visit, and it’s always worth it the service is professional, attentive, and welcoming, and the atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between sophisticated and relaxed. Squires Loft Docklands consistently delivers on every level food, service, and experience and it’s always a pleasure dining here.

Food was pretty average. Eye fillet was pretty bland and was closer to rare than medium rare. T bone was also a bit dry and not well seasoned, the meat around the bones was nice but the rest was pretty unimpressive. Chips was also not seasoned and lacked that savoury kick you expect or crave. Blue Cheese sauce was pretty nice and made the steak a bit more enjoyable. Fried onions was pretty tasty and overall pretty solid. Service was very good, everyone was warm and friendly. I was also not a big fan of the hot plate, especially since it wasn’t even hot or used for its intended purpose. It actually made eating a steak like a T-Bone harder than just using a regular plate. Overall, I was honestly pretty unimpressed and disappointed with my meal.

Perfect steak every time, and great cocktails. Restaurant is by the waterfront, nice quiet dinner location with quick, attentive and friendly service from all the staff. I had the black angus and the lamington cocktail, both were delicious. Highly recommend the blue cheese steak sauce.
