everything from the food to the customer service and atmosphere were spectacular. i didn’t feel like i was at a restaurant, i felt more like i was sitting in a relatives backyard for a Christmas lunch. perfect place for a special occasion or for a casual dinner. If you love amazing fresh seafood infused with spectacular flavours paired with fantastic cocktails which by the way are priced verrrry fairly then you must come to Blue Oyster Co. This restaurant is definitely going to be getting a frequent visit from me

This was awesome 👌 experience the owners were polite and engaging. The oysters kilpatrick were fresh, aroma and favourable. The prawns and the sauces was scrumptious 😋. Service was attentive and joyous, the husband wife team works well.

I see why they almost exclusively get 5 star reviews (and if read the few bad ones, they didn’t even eat here). The owners are amazing and concentrate on getting the absolute freshest seafood. I’ve never eaten seafood so fresh. Amazing. And the owners are absolutely lovely. Ten stars.

Very good seafood. Loved the oyster with caviar and the Moreton bay bugs with champagne reduced sauce. The boss is very friendly and kind. Would recommend anyone to have a nice seafood dinner there. Absolutely amazing.

My first oyster experience in Australia!
I ended up ordering way too many because I was so excited. The restaurant had great Google reviews, so I went in with high expectations. The oysters were delicious, but maybe not quite as amazing as I’d imagined—I might have hyped them up too much beforehand. Still, they were really tasty!
The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the staff were friendly and fun to chat with. I really enjoyed the overall experience.
I’d love to come back again—maybe when my kids are old enough to enjoy it, or next time when it’s just the two of us.
