Went to drive through for a medium coffee on Sunday morning 9/11, one lady served me coffee without properly fitted lid on it . I have asked her to bring a small cup which is having a proper lid on it , then she left and got the correct fitted lid for the cup. Initially she’s just too lazy to find the lid but later when I have asked to get other cup , she then came up with correct lid which is not at all ok . Very bad customer service

Shifty as when it comes to the pie face deals, $9.95 deal they charged $13.60 because they don’t have the cash register set up obviously for the deals, when we realised they’d overcharged us we checked docket the cashier had put all the items in separately (pie, drink, chips) and tried to reduce their prices but only got it to $13.55 ! We rang and told them and basically the care factor was zero. Imagine if they did that to every customer who bought a deal then they’d be making a fortune !
We said we want it refunded on principle but haven’t taken docket back yet as we have refuelled elsewhere now !

i went there at 5:20 in morning having a severe panic attack to buy some water to calm myself down, i was going home after night shift took an exit from freeway straightaway to find out that fuel staion wasnt opened. i was completely helpless thankfully the other fuel staion 3 mins away on the other side of freeway was open

We always get our morning coffee from here. The staff here is absolutely amazing.they always greet customers with respect and a smile.
