We visited Sebastian for the first time with my family on Friday evening and we were truly impressed! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and inviting. Nikki, our waitress, was absolutely amazing, very friendly, funny, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Service was quick and didn't have to wait for long for our food to come. The restaurant is by the beach so while you are eating you get the view of the sea and we got to watch the sunset also.
We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Sebastian to friends and family!

In all, food was good! Portions sizes were adequate (although my Spanish bf was a bit sad the croquettes were so small but so flavourful).
Fish and steak were good! Patatas bravas were nice but came to us room temperature, otherwise nice and crunchy!
Nice atmosphere, bit more mid/upper class right along the beach.

Had an awesome time at Sebastian Williamstown! The place has such a nice vibe right by the beach. super bright and relaxing, perfect for just hanging out and enjoying the view.
We ordered steak, roast chicken, fries, and a couple of sides, and honestly everything tasted great. The steak was juicy, chicken was tender, and even the fries with their dip hit the spot.
Service was EXCELLENT and made us feel really welcome. Definitely a spot I’d come back to whenever I'm visiting Melbourne!

Nice vibe, but come back in summer.
Lovely outside area in summer but during winter the magic is a little lost as limited menu, most chairs packed away and order inside. Feel like a few patio heaters, being able to order thru the qr code and a bit of music would make it a great sunny winters day spot.

Really enjoyed our meal. We had the standard 2 ppl course meal and the food was really good. Highly recommend the roast carrot, it was super nice.
Atmosphere was fantastic and the staff were friendly and professional.
Highly recommend if you have not been there before.
