Stopped by for a midweek dinner and absolutely loved it. We ordered the steak, salmon and fish & chips - every dish was fantastic. There was a great selection of drinks on tap, and the staff were warm, friendly and attentive. We’ll definitely be making this our regular spot :)

We’ve visited this pub a few times and always enjoy the lively atmosphere. It’s usually busy, which is a great sign. The outdoor area is perfect for summer evenings, and they have a great selection of draft beers. For lunch, we had the chicken parma and fish special—both were excellent—followed by a rich chocolate lava cake.

Long weekend so would be amiss of us not to visit Spotswood Hotel for their steak + drink night. Absolute bargain for $25. Chips were crunch and well fried (added more salt though as it was lacking), generous portion of mixed leaf salad, and great service. I asked for a medium steak with mushroom sauce and that’s exactly what I received 👍🏻 steak was grilled perfectly. Washed it all down with a house red and sticky date pudding which was moist and flavoursome 🤤 100% would go back.

Was here for the first time last Friday night with the family. They having the specials of $25 drink included ( wine, beer, soft drink ). We had fish and chips and chicken Parma. Food was fast to arrived after ordering. Nice food , good service and great atmosphere. Thank you very icy for your hospitality.

I really don’t know where to start. From the atmosphere to the staff to the food the place is as amazing as ever!!!
Definitely a must visit in my opinion. As much as it’s been ‘revamped’ they’ve still kept most of the character of the old pub. Right down to the banta with the staff.
Live music on the Sunday was fantastic also.
Meals were HUGE also and very tasty.
Really an enjoyable night for us.
