I had such a wonderful experience here.
The service mind was absolutely exceptional 🥹genuinely one of the best I’ve had in Melbourne. The staff took care of everything without me having to ask, always checking in politely, making sure we were comfortable, and paying attention to all the little details.
The atmosphere was perfect too ! sunset, champagne, and the beach right in front of us. It made the whole moment feel effortless and special.

Delicious meals here for any time of day, fresh seafood and drinks. Love the range of options and the beachy menu. Generous serving sizes.
Often busy so book ahead, especially if you are hoping to be seated outside or in a cabana. Service can be on the slower side and drinks might need a bit of follow up if it’s very busy.
Such a charming cafe and great location as well. Perfect mix of indoor spaces for functions and quiet dinners, with the outdoor patio spilling onto the sand.

We recently ran a Sunglasses Laumch party at West Beach Pavillion and it was nothing short of exceptional service.
Emily and Iko both worked with such efficiency to fulfil all of our last min request from extensions leads to extended spaces.
The food was delicious with so many compliments from guests about to flavour but also the variety and how welcoming and lovely all the canapé waitstaff were! You could also see them really making a point to clear the dirty napkins and skewers off the cocktail tables to help with clean appearance, which for us being a highly photographed event was very necessary.
If you’re looking to have a brand event here I’d recommend it greatly. We had access to EVERYTHING, including the kitchen using our brand flags and workshopping a burnt decal into the burger bun tops (so happy with them) along with being allowed to stick our branding decals all across their mirrors, and sign posting on the wall’s with no hassle.

Really nice location! I went during the hottest day of the summer and it was surprisingly chill. Not many options for food but what I had was great, and the staff was super friendly. Tash was my waitress and she was lovely!

I’ve been here twice, and both times I had a great time. The first time I came with my girlfriend, and Megan (or Morgan) the Frenchie waitress, was so sweet and on top of things. The view and the location are amazing (the lemoncello spritz and watermelon spicy margarita are amazing too !!) 100% recommend it!
