Woolworths Middle Brighton

Clean store with a great selection of good products. We visited several Woolworth's during our stay in Australia and each store was unique, yet consistent with offering good products. The prices seemed really competitive and fair.

Great Woolies with friendly and helpful staff! Despite the New Year rush and some shelves being a bit empty, the store was well-managed. It would be even better if they could move unnecessary boxes and trolleys out of the aisles to make shopping smoother. I’m on vacation here and noticed they have a beautiful selection of flowers at great prices compared to NSW. There’s a bit of street parking in front of the store as well as its own parking lot, which is convenient. Overall, a good experience!

The young female staff member on the registers would have had to have been one of the rudest young women I’ve interacted with in a supermarket. Really awful experience, and if I have to shop there again out of necessity, I’ll avoid her like the plague. If you’re in a customer service roll, please be nice.

I mean, it gets the job done. But the workers are terrible, constantly casually chatting with other customers and thus taking ages to get to people who need assistance, or just not paying attention at all. The teenage workers at night are actually way better, but the adult workers during the midday, terrible.

Excellent shopping. Has a large range of stock. Prices high but so is every supermarket.
