This New York inspired bakery in Brighton is pumping out these amazing banana puddings. There's always a long queue so be prepared if you visit. They have cookies and bagels too if you're into it.
🍌Banana pudding: $12 - tasty, smooth, not too sweet. Just needs a little more biscuit - 8.8/10
🍪 Pistachio Cookie: $7 - sweet, rich, buttery. Great balance. Gooey. Amazing. - 9.3/10
I highly recommend trying them out. I'll surely be back to try their other goodies.

Bought a double chocolate and chocolate chip from the Queen Victoria Summer Night Market and they are the best cookies I’ve ever had ❤️.
Wish I bought more they’re so soft and flavourful.
Will be making trips to Brighton just to stock up.

We loved everything we ordered but the stand out was definitely the banana pudding, it was devine and will absolutely be back for that. Coffee and bagels were great too. Had the August special which was the toasted s’mores square which was so yum. Just wish the bakery was bigger to be able to sit inside with a pram on a cold rainy day but apart from that can’t fault it.

Highly recommend checking out Bakehouse by Vic. The banana pudding, coffees and chicken caesar bagel were amazing. Due to a slight miscommunication I ended up with a blueberry white chocolate matcha instead of a latte, however I drank it anyway and was pleasantly surprised! I may have just been converted to matcha 🤩

I'm a very happy regular here. I love the cookies, bagels, matcha and coffee. Best matcha I've tried in Melbourne! And best cookies ever!
The service is - without exception - warm and friendly.
Even when it's busy there is great communication regarding wait times and apologies for wait times.
