Food was lowkey buns idk who cooked that shit but Brad who was on front was chill as hell and was very nice. He single-handedly made my experience at box hill central maccas amazing and I will definitely return even if all I do is talk to my boy Brad

I ordered a Large Chocolate Shake but as you can see it’s more of a vanilla looking then Chocolate. It tastes like milk with sugar nothing more nothing less. It’s my third time ordering a shake from here ( 2 times vanilla and now Chocolate) but it’s so bad that I may never order a shake from any Maccas. Absolutely disgusting and will be throwing it in the trash. Thanks for ruining my day.

The first time I've had a Maccas meal in years, and I well and truly wish I hadn't! The burger was completely forgettable, the fries rubbish, while the small coke contained more ice than coke. Never again.

Edit: Came by today to only order a sodt serve cone before catching a bus. I thought 13 minutes is plenty. To my suprise, 13 minutes later I got my soft serve and missed my bus. Took about 3 or 4 minutes to get served first. About 20+ ppl waiting for food at one stage, only seems to be 3 people working during evening rush. How ridiculous for fast food, everyone was getting frustrated and waited alot longer than me. Rubbish everywhere in dine in area as usual. Thought I'd try the new beef burger with pinapple, what a terrible mistake. Compared to what is advertised and what I got was 2 completely different things. A tiny piece of pinapple and an even smaller piece of tomatoe that didn't even cover 1/4 of the burger unlike the whole circumference as advertised. I literally only got tomatoe in the last 2 bites. The beef patty was burnt and that's all I could taste. Also why is there mayo on the burger? Ingredients list states the only sauce is bbq sauce, not mayo and bbq sauce together. Staff need to get there act together, this place should be reported as the reviews don't do anything to help change all these issues mentioned and the owner seems to not really care at all. The place is filthy, tables floors and bins are covered in rubbish, birds everywhere pooping flying all around which I feel is a health and safety issue as stuff falls off birds like the poo from there feet. Terrible. The owner should be ashamed.

The food overall is not really bad but the meat patties are never hot. This has been consistent in the last couple of months to the point where I won't bother going here anymore. With the price rises lately it's just not worth the money, the mc smart meal is the only thing good value. Plus quite often the cheese is thrown onto the burger so half of its hanging out the side, like you had one job, how hard could it be??
