I can’t believe I had this situation today. But I ordered 2 menus drive through, cheeseburger happy meal and double cheeseburger menu, I’m not sure who did that but fries were overcooked and not salted and Bo’s burgers had no cheese, no mustard, no bacon which I added. Also, it was overcooked.. I’m pretty shocked.

One of the nicer Maccas we've been to. Service was quick and the hotcakes were beautifully fluffy, which was great at some stores get this very wrong! Tables and restaurant area clean and well maintained. Easy parking.

I guess when you go into a Maccas and you are the only one there, the alarm bells should ring…..and you should run! Breakfast burger was appalling. Found out when I got home…..check out the muffin in the photos……not sure how may normal person could find this acceptable……anyway…..will never go back to that Maccas. Run by people who clearly do not care……..

So the service quality of McDonload are not understands customer order, keep asking “what”, showing customer bad attitude and a eyelash on the nugget? WOW the hygiene of kitchen and service quality are SO GOOD AND AWSOME!

Recently given a well needed upgrade - so the seating area is spacious and very clean but lacks any kind of character or charm. The music did help.
I guess it is a quick stop Maccas. Serves its purpose. 4.5 stars.
The manager and staff are super friendly.
Orange drink - no issues
New chicken Brekky McMuffin - enjoyed it greatly, nice taste and well wrapped and fresh.
Bacon and egg McMuffin poorly wrapped and the egg was well overcooked but still tasted great. First time no egg shell here.
What a big improvement and no stuff up on my order, also a first!
Well done to the STH Melbourne Maccas Team - a very pleasant surprise and big improvement - all round.
