Stopped in for a snack, drink & bathroom break on my way to the airport. Nice big restaurant with lots of seating (inside and outside) and relatively well maintained facilities. Snack chicken wrap was fresh and Coke mix was good too. Staff seemed like a nice bunch with friendly banter between crew members as they worked hard to service (mostly drive thru) orders and customers.

Really disappointed with my recent order from McDonald’s Niddrie. I ordered a chicken burger and chicken nuggets, and both arrived completely cold. On top of that, the burger bun was literally burnt, making it unpleasant to eat.
This is basic fast-food quality control, and it was completely missed. I’ve attached a photo as proof of the condition the food arrived in. For a brand like McDonald’s, this level of care is unacceptable.

Keilor Rd, McDonald’s, dropped in after a night out to have a snack & was disgusted to see in such a state of disgrace, looked like a 3rd world country, rubbish food packaging, straws, all over the tables and all over the floors,
It was a quiet night and no one would clean up they were all inside not doing much. I spoke to the manager she went into defence mode and said I was aggressive and called the police. They want us customers to accept this as a “norm”??
Even as a manager wouldn’t you want to be proud of your store and clean it up yourself if noones doing it!? This is a public place not your home. Keep it clean.

Some of the staff here don’t appreciate me being naughty and I wanted to have fun but they think I’m being a bad person and got the cops to kick me out. I was being yelled by some staff when I come in at night can’t believe u can’t even have fun in a big space like this. Food is alright idrc but disappointed attitude from staff . Service took way too long it’s busy

Whoever made the burgers and fries at 4:05-4:30 pm on the 10.11.25 did an amazing job. Fries were the best I’ve had in a while (actually hot and salty /not greasy) and the quarter pounder burger was great. No stale bun, no dry meat. Hopefully you get a raise for taking extra care. 🙌🏻
