Pooja has amazing customer service skills, I went in one day before Christmas and she was absolutely a pleasure and so helpful in such a stressful time
Her aura and her beautiful smile will just calm you when there is literally people everywhere in the silly season
I also got served by Oneeba and she was also such a pleasure to be served by and even with a massive shop that I had just did she was ensuring that everything was packed well and even helped me pack my trolley
Please make sure these beautiful Ladies are awarded and uploaded especially because it was a crazy silly season a day before Christmas

I notice the soft plastics bin is always getting contaminated with rubbish or other incompatible recycling. This would make it unusable, which is distressing. It may help to put up a sign to say that it is for soft plastics only. It would also be great to have another bin for rubbish.

Never enough staff on checkouts. I don't understand how its busy on a Sunday evening and you don't have a manned checkout open. Had to try to get a trolley full of groceries through a self checkout for the third time in three weeks. Man your damn checkouts. Going to Coles moving forward

Never anywhere near enough staff at checkouts.
Overworked and understaffed in general.
Restock and update prices before specials expire (should be illegal)
Out of stock of sale items because the prices without sales are eye watering egregious.
But great returns for boomer shareholders. Waste of space and needs regulation asap.
