Not sure if I got them on a bad night but the three people working couldn’t keep up with the orders, clean the tables or restock their supplies. Four other dine in customers came back to the counter to complain about missing items or incorrect orders in the 30+ minutes I was waiting and the stressed out staff only made more mistakes under pressure
More than half of the tables had food/plates on them. If I was the owner I’d be disappointed in my teams and my systems and be going into damage control.
If the food is good I might try a different franchise but wouldn’t come to this one again. Very disappointing after being hyped up about how good it is

You can’t really fault El Jannah most of the time. However, when they anticipate a busy night and prepare too many chickens, they can end up sitting under the heat lamps for too long, which is what happened when we visited. Unfortunately, our chicken was quite dry. Additionally, the tables weren’t cleaned thoroughly, with several left covered in scraps and crumbs.

Really enjoyed my experience here in Niddre, food was cooked to perfection and service was really good. Relatively new design and very clean feeling. Will come back again

I order normally from Broadmeadows and the rolls are filling and delicious. This is the second time I’ve ordered from Niddrie and it’s always so light on it barely meets the calorie count listed. This time it’s worst than the first. I’m not saying this to be mean but I hope you get over to Broadmeadows for some training or something because this is really disappointing. I know El Jannah is better than this!
