Order 2 cakes from here for a 80th and 50th Birthday. Nothing but great compliments from everyone. Staff was lovely and very helpful. Ahmed in particular was very professional and kind and helped make this experience amazing. Will be ordering again!

We ordered a cake for my son’s first birthday. I emailed them with pictures and they got back to me the next morning. Such quick service. I spoke to Ahmad on the phone and dealt with him in person. He understood what wanted and was very helpful. It looked exactly like the cake in the pictures. We were all very happy with it and the cake tasted amazing. Will definitely order from Ahmad again. It was also a reasonable price

Ahmad was very kind and accommodating for what I needed My cake melted on the way home and Ahmad fixed the cake for me with no hassle. I will definitely be coming back to this cheesecake shop in the future (even though it is not my local) The service and kindness is what will bring me back. The cakes were yummy!

The Cheesecake Shop Moonee Ponds is our favorite place for both everyday treats and special‑occasion cakes. Their kids’ birthday cakes are always a hit, and the Team is consistently friendly, helpful, and delivers beautiful cakes at affordable prices. We especially appreciate that they can do custom writing in languages other than English—such a thoughtful touch!

I recently visited The Cheesecake Shop and had such a great experience, thanks to Kiara. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly attitude, which made me feel very welcome. He was patient, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. Kiara took the time to explain the different cakes and gave excellent recommendations. His customer service was genuine and thoughtful, and it’s rare to come across someone who treats every customer with such kindness and care. On top of the outstanding service, the cheesecake was absolutely delicious—fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Kiara truly made the experience memorable, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of the way he made me feel as a customer. Highly recommend The Cheesecake Shop, especially if Kiara is there to serve you!
