Our goto place for now. It’s beautiful. The decoration is satisfying. The food quality is good. Their chicken crispy burger is wonderful to eat. Although I wouldn’t say the coffee is great but it can be considered enough. The fries good too. Chicken nuggets are good with the dips. They have a playzone for kids which is a great help. Parking has enough space. All in all a good place to take a bite and pass quality time with family.

Love having this Macca’s in Dandenong! Super handy 24/7 for those late‑night or early‑morning cravings. Drive‑thru is quick, staff are usually friendly, and when the food’s fresh, the burgers and fries really hit the spot. Great location too – easy to find and perfect for a quick stop on the way through.

Perhaps if the staff focus more on good quality food and service rather thn on makeover. Things could get better for this store. To drive thru and my burger was missing bun. And other burger was not packed instead put in bag as it is. Ridiculous service

Been here half a dozen times as my local Maccas and something is always off. Whether an order is wrong, a burger has been waiting too long and is all dry, or the machine is down and we can't get something. The best was one morning when everyone was on break and noone could serve us for at least 30 min (according to the drive through lady). Best guess is bad management and/or rostering which is preventing them from doing their jobs properly? Hard to tell from the outside.

Service is good but the manager (Melody) is really rude to the staff members, I saw it happen at the drive thru window where she was proper yelling at the two young girls. If she can be so rude in front of customers I can’t imagine what happens behind the scenes. I felt terrible for these workers for working in such a terrible and tense environment. I’m sure it can be frustrating to train employees under a fast-paced environment but a manager should still show patience and respect to the employees as they are still young and learning. I hope there’s some action for the sake of the poor employees.
