Extremely poor, pizza is burnt, cashier says it’s the sauce…I walk in and one guy is lying over the back counter not acknowledging me greeting him. No apology. Dandenong domino’s can teach you how to make a proper pizza, I ordered 10 different ones on Saturday and they were all good, staff were friendly.

Ordered delivery and 45 mins later it told me it was waiting in kitchen after. 1 hour later I got my meal. Burnt cheesy garlic bread. 40%crust on 2 small pizzas - and just a sorry we’re busy from the delivery guy (witch they asked an extra tip on the app). This is neither good food or fast food. Go to your local pizza place

Subject: Complaint Regarding Poor Customer Service and Order Handling Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from your Domino’s outlet today at around 5:00 PM. Date 18/12/2025 I placed an order over the phone for three cheesy garlic breads. Even after waiting for approximately 55 minutes, the order was not ready. When I tried to follow up, I was informed that the call had never been picked up, which is incorrect. Unfortunately, this is the third time I have faced a similar issue with orders placed over the phone or online. Additionally, the staff member on duty, whose name I was told is Rick, behaved in a very arrogant and unprofessional manner. His attitude toward customers is inappropriate and unacceptable. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on your brand. Online and phone ordering services are meant to save customers time. However, if orders are not prepared unless they are prepaid, this should be clearly communicated. Our order was not large, and we did not have time to wait at the store, which is exactly why we used the phone/online ordering service. I request you to please look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action, including staff training or necessary changes, to ensure better customer service in the future. Experiences like this discourage customers from ordering again. Thank you for your attention. I hope this issue will be addressed promptly.
