Worst motel I have ever stayed in.
The staff were extremely unprofessional and rude. The room was filthy—there were blood stains on the sheets, hair everywhere, and even used needles found under the bed. We encountered bed bugs, which meant we couldn’t sleep at all.
The air conditioner was held together with sticky tape, and there was mould throughout the room. We also saw cockroaches and even had a rat enter our room, which was shocking and unacceptable. This place is absolutely not safe, especially for children.
Despite these conditions, they refused to provide a refund. I believe the positive reviews are misleading and possibly written by people connected to the motel.
I have never experienced anything like this anywhere in Australia. The health department should inspect this property immediately. Please avoid this place at all costs.

Fly screens torn and not attached to windows, balcony doors not locked, toilet brush on floor, spa dodgy and switch was pushed into wall, dirty carpets, filthy walls, writing on mirror, no wifi, dirty air fryer, cockroach in room, dirty pan in sink, bought our own cutlery and things as no plates/cutlery but even if there were would not have used, key needed to be changed as last person took off with it, garbage and broken glass etc at rear of property, was an emergency stay due to fires would not recommend. My 13 year old asked if we could get a refund before we had even parked.

The room is comfortable and tidy. No lift for 2nd floor. Not suitable for someone with knee pain. Nice pool for swimming.

Worst motel – avoid if you don’t want to get sick.
Extremely dirty and filthy rooms. Rude staff and a very rude owner. Bed bugs and cockroaches everywhere. Absolutely unacceptable conditions. Do not stay here.

We went through a party and it was awesome. But if you have an event or something, better be organised before, because sometimes the staff might need more accurate info. Somehow, the foods need some attention and location is awesome..
