I mustve came on an off-night, because the good food and service that we usually get, was not there.
Ive always loved the food quality, but this time is the first time Ive been actually disappointed.
The chicken parmas were rubbery, and the salads didnt taste fresh.
My wife and I, aswell as our daughter had turning stomachs the day after.
I didnt mind the wait for the food or even the price increase, as we were expecting the decent food we usually get, but for what we got, Im going to need a little more convincing to spend our hard earned money here again.

Visted here with a friend she recommended it eventually brought the kids down have been here a few times now. Kids absolutely love the venus so do the adults. Bowling, Games and Food and Drink open till late. Too Easy in this present time when things get can get busy and you forget to take a break. Come down and enjoy. Highly Recommended. Fun for all ages.

Went for dinner with the partner and her kids. Food was great. Upstairs is basically a mini children's casino with the variety of games and prizes to win. If your going to eat there order first as you can get a discount on the game cards to use on the video games and pot of luck amusements

Am I the only one that noticed how badly the food changed here? Or maybe we picked an off day. The staff on tonight were absolutely amazing. Friendly, kind and honestly tried their best to cater everyones needs. I have been to general public so much time throughout 5 years. Mind you, last time I went here was July. My biggest reaction was the menu. Not the price but the names in the childrens menu. What happened to IDK or I don't care etc... My kids asked for IDK and to my shock. I had to remember what it was. However, this is not why I'm leaving a review. My review is on the taste of food. Maybe the chefs were to tired to cook at 6.30pm but my food wasn't that great. I thought it was just mine but, tried every single plate on our table and it is a definite NO from all of us. Maybe we went in a wrong day. But, I have never been so sad about the food and the menu change. Am I gonna stop going, nahh. Not gonna let one meal ruin me but I will be back to try again. If, however I do get disappointed. It may be the last.

Had a lovely time bowling. My husband was finishing his burger and we were interrupted by staff to move mid bite. Because they had booked someone else during our session. 2 other lanes available at the time.
