Was in Frankston visiting family and went twice. The first visit was for a birthday dinner and the second was because we enjoyed it so much. The food was bought out quickly, was fresh and hot.
Service was impeccable, we were greeted and sat down quickly and had the menu explained to us and how to order via the app.

Okami is one of my favourite restaurants, when i want an assortment of flavours, rather than relying solely on a single order. The pricing is incredibly reasonable, considering the range of foods and the unlimited ordering, (within a certain time frame of an hour and a half i think)....
If you're looking for an intimate night out, or going on a first date etc, then i would suggest finding a more secluded venue. This is a family friendly restaurant, so there is a lot of banter and laughter. If you're trying to 'whisper' sweet nothing's into your partners ear, try texting instead.
Honestly though, if you haven't tried Okami's, treat yourself! Food is absolutely top notch!!

The restaurant has a clean, cozy, and modern Japanese vibe. Perfect for family dinners or date nights. I can’t believe how fast the food comes out, and everything tastes freshly cook. Service was amazing — polite, quick, and welcoming. You can really tell the team enjoys what they do

I had an amazing experience at okami! The food was beautifully presented and full of flavor every dish tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The sushi was especially impressive and the balance of textures and seasonings was perfect. You can really tell the chefs care about quality and detail. Definitely one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a while!

Lovely food but very disappointed by the general atmosphere.
My partner ordered a beer and was offered the bottle with no glass.
What I found more credulous was the fact that the dishwashing hand came to the front of the restaurant where we were dining and commenced drying dishes and chopsticks in a large plastic container- not a good look. I unfortunately will not be coming back for these reasons.
