Ordered an Aussie Whopper because that is want I wanted, no idea what I have, but definitely not the Aussie Whopper as advertised, not a sign of beetroot on mine. Lift your game Hungry Jacks Karingal crew. Not good enough, have some pride in what you do.

For a promotion that has only just begun, it’s concerning to already experience multiple issues with the order. My partner and I decided to order Hungry Jack’s for dinner. We both ordered full meals, and I specifically added the new creamer drink to try as part of the recently launched promotion. Including the Uber Eats delivery fee, our total came to approximately $60. When the order arrived, not only was the promotional creamer drink missing, but one of the burgers that was part of the meal was also not included. This is extremely disappointing, especially considering these items were clearly listed on the receipt. It should not be difficult to accurately read an order and ensure all items are packed, particularly when the promotion is only a week old and should still be front of mind for staff. I paid for a complete order and expected the quality and accuracy that Hungry Jack’s promotes. Instead, I’m left missing food I was genuinely looking forward to enjoying. This experience has been frustrating and has impacted what should have been a simple dinner.

Had Nbl tickets for free cheeseburgers. Was made to feel like a criminal when not purchasing anything else. Was asked to wait in a waiting bay for cheeseburgers. Come in guys how hard is it to have cheeseburgers ready through a drive through? What should of been a quick pleasurable trip ended up in 15 minutes of poor service. Stay away.

Shoutout to the Karingal Hungary Jacks crew! Especially those worked on tonight shift (though it's my second time here and the first was just as pleasant). I dropped my order on the floor, all on my own (my fault), and they replaced it no questions asked. But that might be expected by some people, but what was exceptional was their calm and pleasant demeanor, even though I just added a whole new order to their already busy night. Really great experience.

Great experience at Hungry Jack’s! The girl who made my chai latte truly made my day. Her warm smile and friendly attitude were outstanding — that kind of customer service really matters. The chai latte was perfect, and the positive energy made the visit even better. Top customer service 👏😊
