The customer service here is impeccable. The staff (Charlotte annd Lesley) are extremely helpful and entertaining. They go above and beyond The coffee is great and the staff are well trained Baristas.

I think that the New Zealand lady that works front counter does an outstanding fantastic service she's always so polite and lovely whenever my daughter and I go into the store!! I think she deserves to be promoted hands down best customer service representative out there !! 🙌 we will be back

Dude working tonight was rude. We were standing outside waiting for service for 20 mins, pressing the buzzer to get someone’s attention but no response. So called the store number, dude answered and said “worked a double, so I’m having a nap” okay I get you worked a double but you can’t be napping on the job. He finally came out when we told him we have been outside waiting for service. Told him what we wanted, got the wrong item, corrected him on what the item was and without bothering to check he said don’t have it. All good then we left without spending.

When I saw the sign of donuts, I had to come back to this bp. I needed rest and I found out this bp has a malted milkshake on the menu as well as my favourite sweet, donuts🥤🍩🍩🍩 If you have never tried a malted milkshake, you should try! Staffs were very friendly and they gave me great service. It's quite far from my area but I will drop by this bp again whenever I travel this area.
