Ollie took my order at the register and honestly made the whole experience stand out. She was confident, calm, and had a really smooth, engaging way of speaking that made the interaction feel personal rather than rushed. Extremely disappointed with the service and food provided! Ordered 2 McChicken burger meals and got this rock-hard mess—just dry crumbs, no real chicken. The patty was rock hard and I couldn’t chew on it regardless of how hard I tried. After a long night at work, me and my gf were starving, headed to McDonalds around 1.40am only to be served something I wouldn’t even feed to a stray dog. Total waste of money. Absolutely unacceptable, McDonald’s—do better!

Watched a male worker start wiping down the back area then proceed to make up my sausage and egg mcmuffin whilst just having used a dirty rag. When asked to have a fresh one made up an employee in a blue shirt took my order and didn't say anything to me. I then had to wait for over 10 minutes for a replacement order for wanting to have food that doesnt have contaminates from a cooking area. Including dirt and cleaning chemicals. Not good enough
