KFC Thomastown

Bought this 3 piece dinner this evening, I received a burnt piece of chicken. Surely the staff was not blind. I rang them and asked for a refund. They said I can have one piece of chicken and chips any time within next three weeks. What a joke. Not good enough KFC

Drive through team member tonight 17/12/25 Approximately 7pm Needs to listen to customers order rather than hurrying them up Continuing asking " anything else" which made me feel very anxious . There is a board near the speaker to look at, what's the point having it there if you are not given the time to look at it. She was in such a hurry to hurry me up That she missed what I wanted, and I ended up with no meal. Re- train your team members KFC Thomastown Not good enough!!

Just got this delivered, chips soggy and l asked for 3 drumsticks only as lm paying each piece, it’s not in a meal and they can’t even get that right!! Pathetic!! I don’t usually order online and now l know why 😡try read the order, it’s not that hard ffs

As KFC goes, it wasn't bad. Had way worse than this one. Was clean and comfortable inside and the food was good.

Untrained teenagers working that spend more time giggeling and talking to each other than working. The place was terribly dirty and messy. From what we could see the kitchen was messy and dirty as well. I will not go there again.
