I continue to be impressed by McDonald’s commitment to surprise. Will my order be correct today? Who knows! It’s like a mystery box.
Somehow, no matter how simple the order is, something is always missing or wrong.
At this point, I assume accuracy just isn’t part of the brand experience. If you enjoy paying for food you didn’t receive or didn’t order, this is the place for you. Otherwise, bring snacks and lower your expectations.

This Maccas is so crap, always burn the muffins. Don’t the kids get trained to cook them correctly?? Doesn’t anyone monitor the quality these days.

Purchased a drive thru take away on 5/7/25 @ 1210pm.
Honestly, look at the photos. Would you expect to get 1/3 cheese with 10% sauce when you order a full fillet o fish burger?
What about the Big Mac burger meat that appears to have been bitten by someone else?
Really disappointing with their care factor!

I just ordered a sundae and this is what I got given. Not even half the cup was full. Honestly was even embarrassed to return it, thought it was the new sizing because of how pathetic it was.

The ice creams are good AND NO THE ICE CREAM MACHINE ISNT BROKEN it’s just being cleaned which means they actually care about their ice cream! Although they do get my order mixed up, I usually get ice cream and the new grimace shake is fire too!
