Worst KFC in Victoria
I like KFC food, but this particular branch is by far the worst KFC I’ve ever been to.
First, the chips are consistently undercooked. I’ve ordered from this store three times on different weeks, and every time the chips were raw and soft. Not “soft but edible” — they had a sandy, raw potato taste and were clearly not cooked properly.
Second, what happened today (13 January) was unacceptable. The burger was cold. Apart from the chicken in the middle, everything else — the bun and the bacon — was completely cold, like it had just come out of the fridge. I honestly don’t understand how this even happens.
On top of that, the gravy lid was smashed inside the paper bag and spilled everywhere. To be fair, the lady who helped me was very nice and replaced the bag, and I appreciate her effort — but that doesn’t excuse the overall quality.
I don’t expect much from fast food, but this place is genuinely disgusting. Serious quality control issues.

Absolutely hopeless. I am a delivery driver and this guy just pretended not to see me and not give service. I had to go to the counter where two girls were chatting and not doing much to get them to process my order.
No respect. I only make money for deliveries. They make it by twiddling their thumbs.
Management needs to look at this. This happened on 11th Jan 2026 around 8pm.

I have been to this KFC 4 times. Each time I go I have the same order. They always say they’ve got it right and I confirm it with them. And once I get my order it’s wrong.
This never happens at the Boxhill KFC. I wish the one in boxhill had a drive through. :(

About to put a review while going through other reviews, all bad ones, not surprised at all.
Twice in a roll, i bought online order with 8 original pieces combo. This is what i get! 8 pieces of chicken with 3 wings, and 2 times in a roll! They over cooked and tiny! The first time i thought it was a coincidence, and again! It must be the people who orders online and kfc takes a cut from the branch, very very disappointed. I would now consider travel abit further for a better branch.

I don’t know how you screw up this bad! The bottom of my burger was on the top of the top bun and the lettuce was in everything except for my burger! How hard is it to put the fries in the bag.
