.Very rude staff. The lady brought the cake with terrible handwriting, and when I politely asked if she could write it again on the plate, she threw the cake on the table and acted very aggressively. I was so disappointed. We paid good money — $60 per small cake — and expected good service. Definitely not recommended.

I ordered a Passionfruit Mango Baked cheesecake from The Cheesecake Shop Mitcham for a special birthday, expecting a fresh, appealing cake. Unfortunately, the cake looked unpresentable, and the mango slices were black, appearing as if they had gone off. I couldn’t serve it to my guests, and it was quite embarrassing. When I called the shop to discuss this, the manager said the cake was "good," but admitted that the mango had gone bad. Given that mangoes are in season, this was especially disappointing. I had taken photos, but the manager’s response was dismissive, leaving me frustrated. Be cautious if you’re expecting quality, as my experience was very disappointing. I would never ever want to take similar chance again.

We got our daughter’s bday cake custom made from cheesecake shop @ Mitcham.
Rebecca did a wonderful job , she made the cake exactly how we wanted , went extra mile with her services. Delicious cake at a very reasonable price. Thank you. Highly recommend cheesecake shop.

The cake was packaged terribly, with finger marks covering the box. My wife asked for a clean box as we were going to gift the cake, and as a response, the cashier swore at her. My wife was terribly offended, and as she looked at the box she had received, she realised it hadn't been sealed. She then went back to request the box to be closed, and the cashier refuted that the box would be opened later anyways and whether it be sealed or not is irrelevant. Terrible service, would not recommend.

Today afternoon I bought a cheesecake from the shop in Mitcham and I asked the lady served me the cake to have the cake cut to 12 pieces as it is nicer when it cut in the shop.
The lady came up with so many reasons why she cannot do it giving me the most ridiculous excuse saying that it might take 1/2 hrs to attend my request as she got to answer phone calls, attend othet works in the shop.
I was very disappointed but I bought the cake but I wouldn't go there again.
I rather go to a place which offer me a better service as the cake cost me $42.
Extremely poor service....
