This particular McDonalds in Prahran continually gets orders wrong. For years!!! I don’t why I even bother. An order with one thing changed (like no onions) will just be ignored. Time and time again. Makes no difference whether order is in store, online or with Uber Eats. Same bad result with details missed. I wish I could choose the Elsternwick McDobalds instead via Uber Eats as they are much better.
Management - do you even read reviews? Do you care? I am sick of trying to get these issues resolved. This is a ridiculous quality issue. No one is paying attention.
I will not be ordering McDonald’s again if I have to deal with this store.

I’m really disappointed with the coffee quality and service at McDonald’s today. ☹️
The coffee was poorly made — it seemed like no care was taken in preparing it.
A good coffee can set the tone for your whole day, but this one completely ruined mine.
When you come in hoping for a nice start with a warm drink and breakfast, you expect something decent.
I really hope the management pays more attention to coffee quality and cleanliness — today’s experience was far from good.

The most hit and miss McDonald’s I’ve ever frequented. Some excellent warm meals, but ‘tis a rarity to receive a fully complete or correct order.
The most consistent offender is the minutely filled sauce provided in the paper tubs - this time I was blessed with of 2 micrograms of mayonnaise instead of the Big Mac sauce I ordered.

Bougth it around 1.40pm on 03/08. Bought angus beef with 2 tomatoes, 5 pickles. But got 1 tomatoes 3 pickles. Why always missing

I am absolutely appalled. I understand McDonald’s is fast food and it’s quick and easy and not to expect much the staff were horrendous. Argued with me about asking for a meal. The attitude was atrocious. They then forgot my fries. So I went back. I got home opened my “double cheese burger” and it was not a double and looked like this:
I can honestly say this is the worst experience I’ve ever encountered at McDonald’s.
