Yo there is this guy called Chao who has the sickest service of all time at Maccas. He is super friendly, quick and kinda handsome. I got my order within seconds 😍. I tried to tip him but he wouldn’t accept it🥲. I would highly suggest eating here especially if he is working. 🤩

There is no info on the toilets, I was busting and finally found this maccas thinking they will have an open toilet but they closed it at 10, I asked the front server (manager) if I could please use it as I was busting and she just said no. If you’re not gonna let someone use the restroom atleast have it written on maps or on the page of the McDonald’s. Honestly very disappointed

I have just looked in the photos and seen that one of the workers has thrown up the peace sign instead of working, first of all that is a violation to 15 different laws. This needs to change NOW. I expected better, I’m not mad just disappointed.

Food has been cold every time we have been, also not nice tasting. Service is great but food quality is not good at all. Always dirty tables and screens to order, could do with being regularly checked and maintained.

At 1:30 PM today, we ordered two large, iced chocolates with full cream, extra chocolate powder, extra drinking chocolate, and whipping cream. However, the drinks were served without whipping cream. When I asked about it, the staff said I should have mentioned whipping cream, even though it was part of the order. The taste of the drink is like exactly I was drinking cold milk.
