Domino's Pizza Mount WAverley

I ordered a pizza about an hour ago, and the whole pizza was burned on all sides. Moreover, the taste was awful. This is the most pathetic service I have ever experienced in my life. If there were a button for a negative rating, I would unequivocally use it.

Overall pretty good experience. For the price I paid I can't really complain too much. Pizzas have just been getting smaller and smaller over the years (more a problem with Domino's as a whole than this specific store). Overall a very stock standard store, staff were friendly but visibily stressed (seems like they're being overworked...)

I’d like to give positive feedback for Max at Domino’s. He was working all by himself, yet handled everything with incredible passion, diligence, and a great attitude. Despite being busy, he stayed focused, efficient, and genuinely committed to doing his best. His work ethic and dedication really stood out and made a great impression. He’s a credit to the team.

When an order comes out wrong/late, which happens rarely. The owners will contact you with a message apologising and offering a free makeup meal for the next time you order They have great customer service and attention to detail

Disappointed and upset. I ordered 2 Vanilla Thick shakes during the busy time around 6:00pm tonight. The one I drank had virtually no Vanilla flavour... It was like drinking plain milk. Very disappointed.
