Visited Pinewood to go to dentist. Handy shopping centre: good newsagent for Tattslotto, cards, magazines and gifts, florist, Coles, butcher, cinema and plenty of cafes and Asian food restaurants. Parking tricky around school pick up times.

Nice shopping village that includes Coles, Butchery, cafes, pharmacy and some restaurants. Good cinemas there. The car park is not cramped and not a lot of cars in the car parks so there are plenty of space.

Pinewood Shopping Village Reviewed on 17/8%2023 This little shopping centre was busy once, but on the day of visit, only a few cars are parked outside the shops. but I hardly see any car drive pass. It is a cold weekday about noon, but only one Cafe has many customers. Several shops are not open for business. In fact, several are closed permanently, with For Lease sign stuck on the window. One of the former Asian groceries, very popular among the Southeast Asians, bowed out of running its business from rented premises, because rent jumped by 30%. Pinewood cinema has changed hand, and a large multi-business "market" occupies the corner diagonally across the cinema is one of the few that shows some life. Although this Shopping Village may be busy on Friday and Saturday evenings, according to some local residents, mant businesses open only day tine still lack foot traffic, and therefore the long term survival is questionable. What an unpleasant walk around the area.
