I visited the store on Friday and unfortunately had a disappointing experience.
When I placed my order, the staff member responded with “I’m sorry?” in a way that felt impatient, asking me to repeat myself. After that, I was told “no, we don’t have this” with a very flat tone and no attempt to clarify or offer alternatives.
The interaction felt rushed and unfriendly, which made me feel unvalued as a customer. I understand that it can be busy, but a little patience and warmth would have made a big difference. I hope the team can reflect on their customer service going forward.

So far the sourdough bread, the sandwiches, the cinnamon scroll and the fruit bun were delicious. The croissant and the kouign-amann were over cooked but ok still.
However the sales team is awful. AWFUL. We came twice, served by two different ladies, same result: nonchalant, unpleasant and disdainful as we rarely experienced it. Looking down on customers and rolling eyes when a question is asked is the perfect recipe to scare them away.
These young ladies are too fortunate to work in this beautiful bakery. I’m not even sure this disgusting behavior can be trained.

Delicious and Decadent.
My partner and I had the tuna sandwich, cinnamon scroll, and the margarita pesto pizza from here, and my goodness, it's heavenly. Highly recommend it.
It was our first time there and the attendent that served us threw in an extra scroll too - which made our day 🥰
It's slightly on the higher end of prices but rightfully so because that's the level of quality and flavour their products exude and pack.

Had the chicken sandwich, it's alright nothing to write home about. I was expecting the bread to be the start of the show, being they are famous for their bread, but it was just alright. I'm a bit underwhelmed because it was a bit pricey. All in all, it wasn't a bad experience.

discovered this bakery on Instagram and decided to visit to buy some bread. When I arrived, there was a long queue, and I waited about 15 minutes to enter. The staff was very busy, but they managed everything well. The prices are slightly higher than average, but the variety of baked goods is good. Overall, I liked it!
