Had the loveliest interaction with an employee on Friday Dec 19th at about 3pm! We didn’t catch his name, but he was tall with dark hair and had the friendliest attitude even with the Glenferrie Rd. Christmas rush. I usually go to other frozen yogurt places as they are closer to me, but I genuinely think it is worth the trip to Malvern for such lovely customer service :)

Absolutely loved my experience at Yo-Chi! The frozen yogurt was incredibly smooth and creamy, with a great variety of flavors to choose from. What truly stood out was the toppings bar—so many fresh and fun options! From juicy strawberries to Oreos, colorful sprinkles, M&Ms, and even matcha and caramel drizzle—it was a dream come true for any dessert lover. Everything was fresh, vibrant, and generously available. The presentation was just as amazing as the taste!

Amazing smooth and creamy frozen yogurt with amazing topping selection! They also have delicious vegan options and free cold or sparkling water in their stores. Lots of seats, excellent service and impeccably clean! They also have take home frozen yogurt tubs for your freezer. Went with my friend and absolutely loved it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
