The staff here are very disengaged. Even though there are several waiters wandering around, they don't seem very efficient. I waited 15 minutes for my order and didn't get it. One of them was chewing and his hair was almost in the fries... The staff are not serious at all. I will never go here again.

Totally given up after this careless packaging (food consumption in 5-6 mins of taking the order from the drive through counter) and (pics attached) in the gallery.
Shared the feedback but nothing, simply ignore. Once a favorite, now going downhill as other reviewers are saying the same, Customer Service seems non existent but that seems to be the case of the majority of the KFC's. Not sure if this is the franchise way of working or the KFC corporate style.

Got the 5 pc box for $8.00.
2 pcs were overly dark and dry, 1 was fine and the final one smelt off and was grey inside. Threw it in the bin.
Please dont sell old or overly fried chicken to customers!
Wont be returning!

The staff work very slowly. The girl at the front was just standing there and didn’t seem to know how to handle customers properly. She didn’t say “thank you,” “sorry,” or “please,” and had a flat expression the whole time. I waited more than 15 minutes for my order even though it wasn’t busy at all

Decided to dine in, but after waiting almost 30 minutes, no one came to serve us or even start preparing our food. There was no update or acknowledgement from the staff at all. Really disappointing experience and poor service
