Disappointed with my order today from Fountain Gate store. Got the 6 jam doughnuts and a pineapple ring, the 6 jam doughnuts where cold and stale tasting. They are not cheap I would expect the staff to make sure quality of the product is utmost importance to every sale. The pineapple doughnut was good. Sure I could return and get a replacement but once I get home to the excited family it's very disappointing and I don't want to go back out, I shouldn't have to. It's unlikely I will return to the Fountain gate store.

Back with a friend for a sweet and coffee.
Excellent service from the gentleman on duty about 3pm. Comfortable speaking to him and got our selection. Paid and he told us to take a seat and would serve our coffee as there’s a customer after us.
Coffee came right after and he chatted with us for a couple of minute and made us feel very welcome about this donut store and history. Donut was really fluffy and tasty and coffee was very good too. Overall it’s. The place to get a donut and chat up with a friend. Would get a box next time we are there. Yum!

Different from usual brand of donuts
A lot of flavours to choose from and the usual jam stuffed ones as well.
Sells hotdogs and coffee too. Small little area if you are keen to munch on donuts and coffee.
Fluffy donuts - tasty enough.

Quick Stop for a Coffee and Hot Dog.
Service was friendly and efficient.
Coffee was far better than I had expected, perfect flavour & temperature.

The Nutella donuts were sold out, but Edwin went out of his way to make them specially for my kids, which was such a kind gesture. Gena was also incredibly helpful and warm throughout. It’s rare to come across people who serve with such kindness and care — truly grateful for souls like them who make the experience so special! 💕

Sam from the fountain gate store made me possibly the two best hot dogs I’ve ever had. It was a pleasure having her serve me as she was very polite and her service in general was above and beyond.
