They are always terribly slow with their service (drive through, in house, online orders). Im comparison to other KFC in local and surrounding areas, their food is at a much lower standard as well. It is also rare to receive all items ordered. I recommend going to another location when possible.

This was very poor KFC , no flavour, could not even taste the authentic seasoning, very very poor quality chicken . This is just fried chicken not KFC which I could rate below 1 star. I have had KFC around the world, and this was the worst I have ever tasted, the Colonel would be rolling in his grave at the disappointed chicken being served after working so hard to open his first restaurant .very disappointed with the food here And on one positive note the chips was good..

Ordered their new Korean chicken combo box = chicken very small and dry as though it hadn't been freshly cooked, there was barely any sauce (nothing like the pictures or TV ads), everything was pushed into the box with the chips and mash put on top of the chicken, the bread roll was seemingly forced into the empty corner. I know it's only under $5 but there should be more care taken.

I recently visited KFC and was quite disappointed with the service. It took about 25 minutes to prepare a simple box meal, and I had to ask multiple times about the delay. The staff seemed unsure of how long it would take and didn’t communicate proactively. On top of that, the chocolate mousse took an additional five minutes, despite the staff not being busy. There was no apology for the wait, which felt quite disrespectful. However, the food itself was good, and that definitely made up for some of the frustration. I just hope they can improve their service in the future.

The self service teller I went to would not accept me using my card. Once the worker got to me it was fine but then the service was slow and people were served before me who came in after myself. The actual restaurant was also dirty and untidy
